About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive professional to relocate to Qatar and represent uWave as part of our participation in the Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP) incubation program. The role involves engaging with the local innovation ecosystem, supporting market entry and partnership activities, and contributing to the company’s growth and fundraising readiness efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent uWave in incubation program activities, workshops, meetings, and networking events in Qatar
- Support market entry efforts and help identify strategic partnership opportunities
- Coordinate communications and follow-ups with ecosystem stakeholders, collaborators, and potential partners
- Assist in preparing presentations, investor materials, and company updates
- Contribute to business development, traction-building, and regional expansion activities
- Support the company’s growth and scale-up initiatives within the program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, are a must
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
- Willingness to relocate to Qatar
- Motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

About uWave
uWave (read “You Wave”) Semiconductor is a research and development startup specializing in the design of RF/Analog mixed-signal Integrated Circuits (ICs). Our primary focus is developing low-power RF AMS products that serve a wide range of industries.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and simulation of RF/Analog mixed-signal ICs (e.g. LNAs, PLLs, mixers, filters, oscillators, etc.)
- Assist in layout design to ensure proper matching, parasitic control and design rule compliance
- Contribute to block- and system-level verification through modelling and simulation
- Document design concepts, simulation results and test finding in technical reports
- Collaborate with senior engineers to debug issues and optimize circuit performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with an average of 85% or more (or equivalent)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge or coursework in RF/Analog IC design is a strong plus
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a startup environment

Office Admin and Operations Manager
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
- Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or office management role, preferably in a tech-related environment.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of IT systems, office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), and administrative/employee management tools.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and administrative regulations.
